Pokémon Go Revenue Crosses $1 Billion in 2020

According to the recent report by Sensor Tower, One of the major game titles by Niantic Pokémon Go Revenue has crossed $1 Billion within 10 months that means it will still earn more as two months is left before the year ends.

 

This popular game title was launched in July 2016 and ever since it has managed to be fans favorite with its unique Pokémon adventure gameplay in real-time.

Pokémon Go Revenue:

In 2020, Pokémon Go Revenue is 11% more than all the previous year’s revenues and 30% higher sales of the first 10 months of the last three years. It has also become the third biggest mobile game to reach this spot in terms of revenue in just 10 months behind PUBG Mobile and Honor of Kings.

This year due to a pandemic attack people were forced to look for different sources of entertainment to pass their time in lockdown. A lot of people head to online gaming resulting in massive growth in the video game industry. When all the other industry sectors were facing tough times, the video game industry was one of the few industries that were blooming positively.
