Ubisoft has renamed its UplayPlus subscription service to UbisoftPlus and soon it will allow users to play gaming titles by adding Google Stadia and Luna. This was first announced in the Ubisoft Connect event and now the service is starting from November 10 as a multi-platform subscription model.
This cloud-based streaming allows access to new games to both new players and the players who already own PC. Furthermore, it is also adding a cross-progression feature meaning players can resume their game from where they left off through Google Stadia and Amazon Luna.
Games on UbisoftPlus:
- UbisoftPlus will feature a growing library of amazing game titles, including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion, Immortals Fenyx Rising, etc.
- PC subscribers will also get unlimited access to 100+ games and premium edition games for just $14.99 per month basis.
At the end of the year, all subscribers can get access to Ubisoft games on Google Stadia for the same subscription charge. Stadia Pro is not mandatory, so that subscribers may register for Stadia’s free edition.
This $14.99 premium continues to make UPlay Plus one of the costliest game subscription options: the Xbox Game Pass Ulitmate, for example, costs a minimum of $14.99 and runs on PCs, Xbox controllers, and Android devices (though xCloud) and will shortly bundle into EA Play without extra charge.
Users can visit the official website of UbisoftPlus and get detailed information on subscription service and multiplatform beta.
