Fortnite Introduces Wonder Woman Skin! Will It Be Free?

If there is one thing we know about Fortnite then it is that no day in the game is a dull one. In the world of the game, every day there is something that keeps us on our toes and completely engrossed.

This time the excitement comes in the form of Wonder Woman. Yes, you heard it right! Following in the heels of Superman who arrived on the island in the form of his ego, Clark Kent, fellow Justice League founding member, Wonder Woman is set to arrive as well.

The Wonder Woman skin will be available in the in-game store from Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Eastern Time 8 PM. This implies that players of Fortnite living in the India will be able to access the skin, only a day later, i.e., 5:30 AM on August 19, 2021. The most important question that arises is that “Is it free?

Epic Games announced that players will be able to “earn” the skin by competing in the upcoming Cup. The skin will be available in-store and the players who do not want to wait for winning the skin can buy it using V-Bucks.

The price of the skin has not been disclosed yet. However, the skin will be available with the Armoured and Standard variants. It will come with Athena’s Battleaxe, a net, a DC Trinity Loading Screen, a Golden Eagle Wings Glider and Diana’s Mantle Back Bling, as per Epic Games. To add to this, the Clark Kent skin (at the time of writing this article) will still be available and players can earn it by completing quests within the game.
