Attention gaming lovers! PAX West is back. Originally known at the Penny Arcade Expo, PAX has evolved as one of the biggest gaming culture festivals. Including events that range between table-top, video and arcade gaming, the events are aimed at bringing the community of gamers together.
Following the fear around the rise in the Covid-19 cases, PAX East got replaced by PAX Online and several other gaming events like the Tokyo Game Show happened online. However, PAX West organizers announced that unlike last year, when then event was held online, they will be back to their offline format, for this year.
Gaming conventions like the PAX West allows people from the gaming world to meet and interact with each other. However, over the last year, following the rise and spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, organizers have been looking towards online options. The in-person attendance of such events held great appeal as people.
The event director, Kyle Marsden-Kish, in an official announcement said that a proof of completed Covid-19 Vaccination series, a negative Covid-19 test (PCR or antigen) along with a valid government ID proof must be presented at the time of entry.
