More About PlayStation® App
It is no secret that after the success of games on mobile such as Call of Duty, PUBG, FreeFire, mobile market seems to be on a priority list. This indicates that Sony will adapt it’s titles for mobile. It is estimated that by the end of 2021, global mobile market will rise 3x in size as compared to console gaming. Games like Pokemon Go, Candy Crush, Genshin Impact are making millions a month, no wonder Sony has it’s eye on mobile market.
However, Sony has already grounded it’s foot in mobile market back when they released games like Uncharted Fortune Hunter, Hitman:Go!, Run Sackboy! Run!. Rolling back in time on Sony Ericsson, they once launched a phone in 2011 with 60 games and named it ‘’PlayStation Phone”.
Sony has already dedicated a mobile publishing label ‘PlayStation Mobile Inc.’
