Yet again delaying Skulls and Bones for the fourth time, Ubisoft said that they expect the game during sometime between 2022 and 2023. Ubisoft announced that the delay is a part of their earning results and thus confirm the release during next fiscal year. Alongside Skulls and Bone, developers also shared their plans for Far Cry 6, Riders Republic, Rainbow Six Quarantine, The Division Heartland and Roller Champions.
Initially, Skulls and Bones was stared as a ship-battle whose mechanics were from Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag. The game is supposedly striping away all the narrative threads and introduce multiplayer ship battle and create a new standalone series. But, as last year, Skulls and Bones Creative Director Elisabeth Pellen said “Many of you have been wondering why we’ve had to postpone our launch. The answer is that we simply needed more time. We dreamt something bigger for Skull and Bones, and these ambitions naturally came with bigger challenges.”
We saw the glimpse of the game back in E3 2017 and there are still many fans who were waiting for this games release this year but it looks like they might have to wait longer. We wish this game sees a launch date soon as the developers are working hard for a long time.
