Ghost of Tsushima had an immense impact on players, be it the art, the gameplay or the storyline. The game had it all. But those fans were limited to PlayStation® family only. However, in a recent update on packaging artwork of the game, developers may have indicated that they are planning to port the game on PC soon. This update was first noticed by a reddit user who wort on (R/GamingLeaksandRumors) and then it picked up the pace.
The new updated artwork from Sucker Punch, that can be found on Amazon US and PlayStation Direct indicates that the exclusivity of PlayStation is not here to stay. Fans and critics suggest that this is an indication that the game would be next in line for a port. However, few titles like Spiderman: Miles Morales, Demon’s Souls nor Ratchet & Clank do not have ‘Only for PlayStation’ tag on them. Looks like it is too early to judge until there is an official news from PlayStation team.
Previously, Days Gone, Horizon Zero Dawn, Predator: Hunting Grounds and Helldiver have been ported on PC and saw a huge success as well. And, in a recent blog from PlayStation, the studio’s head Herman Hulst said that “the platform till early on in our planning for PC “ and new title releases on PlayStation® will always be their priority.
