Recently, NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Games announced that their latest entry in Mortal Kombat franchise has hit 12 million units in sales worldwide. Alongside, Mortal Kombat’s entire franchise has sold over 73 million units and setting new record on its own. Their latest entry in franchise, Mortal Kombat 11 has also been creating history in terms of bestselling fighter game.
The game was originally released on PlayStation® 4, PC, Xbox One and Switch back in 2019 where it won several awards for their character models, intricate stage design and their cinematic storyline. N 2020, the game won ‘Fighting Game of the Year’ and ‘Best Fighting Game’ from different award shows. And since its release, developers have been working consistently and have added 6 DLC’s which are Shang Tsung, Nightworld, Terminator T-800, Sindel, Joker and Spawn.
